TRIPLE CROWN PAYOUTS AND CONTINGENCIES!

As previously announced, WASDA are truly grateful for the support from a number of sponsors who have come on board to make the Esslinger Engineering Triple Crown Series happen once again.

Similar to the last two years, the three night series will be held as part of the already existing calendar of shows at the Perth Motorplex: Night One to be on the 26th of December as part of the ๐—•๐—ผ๐˜…๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด ๐——๐—ฎ๐˜† ๐—•๐—ผ๐—ป๐—ฎ๐—ป๐˜‡๐—ฎ event and proudly presented by The Pool Shop Group, Night Two to be the 2nd of January, doubling as the ๐Ÿฑ๐Ÿฎ๐—ป๐—ฑ ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ป๐˜‚๐—ฎ๐—น ๐—ก๐—ฒ๐˜„ ๐—ฌ๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ ๐—ฆ๐—ฝ๐—ฒ๐—ฒ๐—ฑ๐—ฐ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ ๐——๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐—ฏ๐˜† and presented by Coverall Sheetmetal and the series finale to be held on the 13th of January and presented by Esslinger Engineering!

Each of the feature races across this series will be $3000 to win, except for the finale which will increase to $4000 to win, an increase of $1000 per round on last year.

There is also bonus money being paid out to all those who finish from positions two to ten in each of the night’s feature races, an extra $100 each on top of the regular payout amounts from the Perth Motorplex; meaning a minimum payout to all WASDA cars of $190, with a massive thanks to WASDA for this contribution.

As if this wasn’t enough, there is also a cool $2000 for the overall winner of the Esslinger Engineering Triple Crown points, with second place getting $1500 and third $1000 (a total increase of $1500 on last year), while the first Division 2 Driver will also pocket a bonus $500.

This is a massive payout once again and it will be great to see the drivers fighting it out on track across the three nights, because every position means more points and more potential dollars!

Air Control Transport and Refrigeration have come back on board once again to support the division two drivers, with Paul, Cate and the team contributing an extra $400 each night: $250 for the first WASDA Division 2 driver home and $150 for the second WASDA Division 2 driver home.

This is on top of a pile of other contingency awards for each night: a $100 voucher from Rick Musarra and the team at RPM Race Products for the Pole Award winners, $100 cash from Mel and Jimmy at Asteel Powdercoaters for the Quick Time winners, $100 from Steve and Debra Andrijich at Transwest WA for the WASDA Hard Charger in each feature and a $200 voucher from American Tire and Racing Services for the lucky seventh (WASDA car) home each evening.

This is $900 per night up in contingency prizes, for a massive $2700 overall, on top of the prize payouts for each night and the overall points score.

The three night Esslinger Engineering Triple Crown series will be held throughout December and January, with the opening night to be held on the 26th of December thanks to The Pool Shop Group, night two doubling as the New Year Speedcar Derby on Monday the 2nd of January thanks to Coverall Sheetmetal and the Esslinger Engineering series finale to be held on the 13th of January!
